What do I do if I have a maintenance problem?

Is insurance required to live at The Quarters?

What do you mean by individual leases or by the bed?

At The Quarters, we lease by the bedroom. In an individual lease, you are only responsible for the payment of your bedroom space. All roommates will split shared utilities and be responsible jointly for the common areas.

We have a term lease that begins on a specific date and ends on a specific date for one fee. This fee is divided into 12 equal installments for your convenience.

What utilities should I expect to pay?

Internet, water, sewer, trash – included in the cost of your rent.

Electric – will be divided among the Residents of the Unit so that each Resident shall receive a bill for their portion of the electric for the Unit. You shall pay for the electric for which you are responsible for during the Term of your Lease Contract and shall pay any applicable service fees, which shall be included on the utility bill you shall receive. You will pay for your utilities in your Resident Portal.

What is the move-in process and what do I need to do?

Prior to your move-in day:

Make sure all of your lease documents are signed
Make sure rent and other monies due are paid in advance, we do not accept payments in the office.
If you did not sign up for our property damage liability waiver (PDLW) you will have to submit your personal insurance in advance of moving in.
